How to Apply Your UV DTF Decal

Step 1: Clean Your Glass

Clean the application area thoroughly with soap and water to remove fingerprints, dust, oils and residue. Allow the glass to dry completely.

Step 2: Prepare Your Transfer

Place the decal on a flat surface and firmly rub across the entire design using a squeegee or application card to ensure all elements adhere to the clear transfer film.

Step 3: Remove the Backing

Carefully peel away the backing paper, ensuring the complete design remains attached to the clear transfer film.

Step 4: Position Your Design

Align the decal on your glass, approximately 1 inch below the top if you want to achieve the placement shown in our product photos.

Starting at one edge, gradually press the transfer onto the glass, smoothing as you go to minimise air bubbles.

Important: UV DTF decals have a strong adhesive and cannot be easily repositioned once applied.

Step 5: Apply Firm Pressure

Rub firmly across the entire design, paying special attention to the lettering, clock tower, floral details and edges.

Step 6: Peel the Transfer Film

Slowly peel the clear transfer film back at a sharp angle, keeping it close to the glass. If any portion of the design lifts, lay the film back down, rub firmly and peel again.

Care Instructions

To maintain the appearance and longevity of your decal:

• Hand wash gently with mild dish soap and a soft sponge.

• Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave.

• Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh cleaning chemicals.

• Do not soak or leave submerged in water.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat.

• Allow at least 24 hours after application before washing.

Important Information

• Best suited for smooth, clean, dry and non-porous surfaces.

• Decals are designed for permanent application and cannot be reused.

• Not recommended for fabric, silicone or textured surfaces.

• Keep the decal away from the drinking rim and direct food-contact areas.

• Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

• Proper application is essential for best results.
